Veterinary Technician   We are looking for licensed/certified Veterinary Technicians; experience is preferred but new graduates welcome!   Fondren Pet Care Center is the perfect environment for you to grow in your technical skills while being part of a fun, energetic team.

Duties Include:

• Client Communications
• Assisting with medical procedures
• Reading cytology’s
• Performing and obtaining blood work
• All laboratory procedures
• Taking radiographs

Schedule is flexible, but will involve some weekend work.

OSHA regulations require anyone taking x-rays be 18 years of age or older. 

Full time/Part time Salary range: $14 to $18 per hour

Kennel Technician

If you love animals, are a team player, are self motivated, and willing to learn our Kennel Technician Position might be just what you are looking for. As an entry level position, Kennel Technician is your perfect entry into the field of animal medicine

 

Duties Include:

• Hands on care of dogs and cats
• Assisting the Doctor with medical procedures
• Developing X-rays
• General Cleaning of the Clinic
• Giving medications
• Customer Service

Schedule is flexible, but will involve weekend and holiday hours. 

OSHA regulations require anyone taking x-rays be 18 years of age or older.

No experience necessary. Full or Part Time Salary range: $7.50 - $10.00 per hour.
