Our staff is very proud of their accomplishment in meeting the stringent requirements of becoming an
American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA) Accredited Practice. Only 12% of all small animal veterinary practices in the U.S. have achieved AAHA accreditation.
Continuing education is one of the standards we set for all of our employees. We hold twice-monthly in-house education sessions, send staffers to education seminars several times a year, and have them share their education experience with the other staff members.
Dr. Fondren & Sami
Graduating from NCSU, I’ve lived and practiced small-animal veterinary medicine in Palm Beach County since 1987. I’ve owned my award-winning Fondren Pet Care Center since 1997. I strive to stay abreast of the newest medical information by going well beyond the required continuing education hours and enjoy the challenge of new technologies.
I have a special interest in
dermatology (skin), ophthalmology (eyes), and dentistry. I am a member in good standing of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Florida Veterinary Medical Association (FVMA), Palm Beach County Veterinary Society (PBCVS), American Association of Feline Practitioners (AAFP), Veterinary Surgical Laser Society (VSLS), American Heartworm Society (AHS), American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA), American Veterinary Dental Society (AVDS).
My hobbies include spending pool time with my dog and husband, playing with my wild, destructive cats, reading, wildlife photography, and going out to dinner. Stephanie Borello — Office Manager
Stephanie and Koda
A fourth-generation Floridian, I was born and raised here in Palm Beach Gardens and joined the Fondren Pet Care family in July 2013. I have my bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. My husband and I lost our senior rescue pup, Koda, and we are now waiting for another one to speak to our hearts! My spare time is spent living the South Florida lifestyle in the pool or on the boat applying numerous layers of sunscreen.

I am originally from New York but consider myself a Floridian after being here for over ten years. My husband and I live with our rescue dog, Lewis, and seven birds. We have become an unofficial bird sanctuary as five of our birds are rescues, some with special needs. My spare time is spent “serving” our demanding flock.
Anais Delgado — Technician Assistant

Art is a big part of my life (I’m the designated birthday card designer here!), and I enjoy painting and playing guitar.

In my spare time, I can be found hanging out with my Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Barry, and my albino ball python, Freckles. I’m also a big car enthusiast and love Starbucks!
