History
Dr. Fondren founded Fondren Pet Care Center in 1995, and operated it at the Burns Road location in Palm Beach Gardens from 1997 to 2020. In 2021, we moved to a new, larger location on Military Trail, nestled among other medical professionals.
In 1998, our veterinary clinic won an international award for excellence in veterinary hospital design. The small animal hospital received a 1998 Hospital Design Competition Merit Award, sponsored by Veterinary Economics, an international business magazine for veterinarians.
In 2007, Fondren Pet Care Center received accreditation, following a comprehensive evaluation by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

Appointments
Our veterinary clinic begins seeing patients beginning at 9:00 AM, with our last appointment at 5:40 PM. We strive to keep our appointments on time, with most patients seen within five minutes of the scheduled time. If you would like, you can admit your pet as a day case (i.e., drop off) as early as 8:00 AM.
